Where the body’s oldest intelligence operates. These three zones know before thinking and feeling arrive. The spleen delivers knowing in the instant. The gut generates the sustained energy of correct engagement. The root provides the forward pressure that makes things happen.

The body’s most ancient assessment — instantaneous knowing that does not explain itself. When disrupted: vigilance that never turns off, the freeze response, the alarm consuming the life force.

Where the life force generates sustained engagement — a binary intelligence that says yes or no. When disrupted: urgency replacing response, busyness screening stillness, the gut’s signal overridden.

Where forward pressure originates. When disrupted: pressure inherited from others, the drive fading without announcement, shame compressing the body.
